Learn Aikido | Tsuki KoteGaeshi | Pandemic Training | Day 5

Today, everyone’s favorite technique makes and appearance: kotegaeshi. We are also switching to a tsuki(Sk-ee) or abdomen strike either a fist, knife or any object. We then, as always, use their momentum to turn it into this powerful wrist/joint lock throw. Please try it out and let us know how you like it. Be well, friends.
