Ukemi (Falling and Rising) Back Falls

This week is a heavy focus on the art of falling safely aka ukemi. Something here at the Martial Way we deem very important and a crucial part of safety at our school and the good news is any one can do it! Its great exercise and really gets the heart rate up.
