Traditional martial arts training can take a while but luckily there is a way we can sharpen our skills faster and that is by training traditional martial arts weapons like the Jo staff. In this series Sensei Dave takes us through the finer points of movement and martial posture using the Jo to help us make a significant stride in our training.
