How you do anything is how you do everything.

I’m not big on resolutions, but I’ve entered 2025 with a mindset driven by a simple yet powerful phrase:

“How you do anything is how you do everything.”

We’re often working so hard toward our broader goals that we don’t think enough about the seemingly small stuff:

-That quick email to a friend to check in.

-The extra time and effort to finish solving a problem.

-Staying a little longer in training, at a meeting or in a class so you can build more rapport.

How we do anything is how we do everything, so why not go the extra mile?

Because what seems “small,” isn’t small at all.

It builds muscles – strong habits – which carry over into the bigger, longer-term journey.

And it eventually becomes a part of who you are.

Come in, train and hone your muscles, your skills, your mind and become your best self.
